Center for Human Services

 The Center for Human Services (CHS) is the umbrella
 title for the Children’s Therapy Center, Inc., Cooperative
 Workshops Inc., and Community Living Programs. CHS
 provides comprehensive services in family and child
 development, community living, and employment. CHS
 promotes development and prevents or reduces the
 challenges of disabilities by creating partnerships with
 individuals, families, and communities.

 West Central Independent Living Solutions

 West Central Independent Living Solutions works to
 empower people with disabilities to become more
 independent by providing independent living skills
 training, peer support, information, referral, and
 advocacy.  We serve Johnson, Henry, Lafayette, Pettis,
 Saline, and  Benton counties.

 Missouri Valley Community Action Agency

 Missouri Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA)
 continues to wage the war on poverty and its lingering
 impact on individuals, children and families in Missouri.
 Our mission is to engage communities about poverty’s
 sting and equip those who come to us for support with
 necessary resources as  well as work to eradicate
 poverty.

 Pettis County Community Partnership

 An umbrella organization for many forms of outreach
 that supply services for the betterment of our
 community.  Caring Communities collaborative
 addresses: teen pregnancy, homelessness, early
 childhood, high school dropout prevention, senior citizen
 volunteers, multicultural services, and family literacy.

 If you or a family member require a structured living
 environment, you can find it in our community. Group
 homes for the developmentally and physically disabled;
 full medical nursing home services (including Medicare-
 approved facilities); centrally located private apartments;
 boarding home accommodations; and several levels of
 residential care are available.

 Sedalia Senior Center

 Sedalia is situated at the gateway to the Ozark lakes
 region, an area more and more senior adults are
 choosing for recreation and retirement.  The Sedalia
 Senior Center offers adults many services. Nutritionally
 balanced meals are served Monday through Friday. 
 Home delivery is available as well as frozen meals on
 request.

 Sedalian’s have a lot to be grateful for. When it comes to
 worship and praise, Sedalia offers a variety of styles to
 suit you and your family’s needs.  Many congregations
 offer programs including vacation bible schools, youth
